Dr. Vadym Zavatskyi, co-founder, CEO
International humanitarian professional, medical doctor, ex-forensic pathologist, and data scientist with 10+ years in low and mid-income countries. Extensive experience in fieldwork in Eastern Europe and Türkiye with the International Committee of the Red Cross and the World Health Organization, including prolonged operations in areas affected by natural disasters, areas not controlled by the recognized government, delivering essential services, negotiating access, and safeguarding civilian dignity.
Dr. Anna Tereshchenko, co-founder, COO
Medical doctor and public health professional with extensive experience in global health emergency preparedness and response. She has worked with the ICRC and the WHO at both country and headquarters levels for the last 10 years, strengthening health emergency preparedness and response capacities in Europe and Western Pacifics. Her work focuses on the strengthening national preparedness through an all-hazards approach, including preparedness for CBRN events.
Dr. Kateryna Soiak, co-founder, IPC advisor
Medical doctor and infection prevention and control (IPC) expert with more than 10 years of experience supporting hospitals and health systems in emergency, outbreak, and conflict-affected settings. Her expertise in healthcare-associated infection prevention, antimicrobial resistance, and outbreak response places her at the intersection of IPC and biological CBRN preparedness. She has led hospital readiness assessments and IPC strengthening initiatives across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Dr. Huber is a global health expert with experience supporting the World Health Organization and government stakeholders on health security, regulatory systems, laboratory policy, and international health frameworks. His work has included policy analysis, technical guidance development, multilateral coordination, and in-country advisory missions. With training in both medicine and law, he brings a rare interdisciplinary profile for donor-funded and government-facing projects in the health sector.
Dr. Kateryna Degtyarova, external advisor, CBRN expert
CBRN specialist with over 15 years of experience managing chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats in conflict-affected and high-risk environments. She has delivered training, workshops, and simulation exercises for organizations including the ICRC, the Austrian Federal Ministry of Interior, and WHO, with a focus on detection, assessment, decontamination, PPE, and incident response.
