About us

(Be) Ready helps hospitals and health systems strengthen preparedness for emergencies, disruptions, and crisis conditions.

We work with healthcare organizations that need practical support to assess readiness, improve contingency planning, and build response capability across the full range of operational risks.

Why we exist

Preparedness is often discussed as a planning exercise. In practice, it is much more than that. It is the ability of a hospital or health system to keep delivering safe care when normal systems are strained, interrupted, or unavailable.

We created (Be) Ready Group because healthcare resilience cannot be built on generic advice alone. Hospitals need support that understands clinical reality, operational complexity, and the pressures of working with limited time, capacity, and resources. Our goal is to help organizations move from intent to action, and from plans on paper to readiness in practice.

Who we are

We are a group of professionals with experience in hospital preparedness, emergency response, critical care, and health system resilience. Our background combines clinical insight with practical work in complex and often high-pressure environments.

A control room filled with multiple computer monitors displaying technical data, with operators working at their stations, some using headsets, and large screens showing outdoor scenes, possibly from a satellite or drone.

That perspective matters. Effective preparedness is not only about frameworks and checklists. It also requires an understanding of how care is actually delivered, how decisions are made under stress, and how teams coordinate when circumstances change quickly. We bring that understanding into every engagement.

Our support is tailored to the role you play, the risks you face, and the level at which you operate: facility, network, or system.
